Hillcrest offers family fun with a petting farm, wagon rides and playgrounds with giant slides along with a large farm market and bakery every day during September, October and November.

Field trips and other group tours are available September through November on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Call 706-273-3838 to make reservations for the fall season.

The annual "Apple Pickin Jubilee" is held weekends during September and October. This on the farm U-Pick apple festival features our famous pig racing with swimming pigs, milking Buttercup - our sweet Jersey cow, Bluegrass Bands, Clogging groups, mini golf, museums, cow train rides, pony rides, multiple playgronds, a jumping pillow, pedal cart rides, a nature trail and wagon rides through the orchard. Holding our baby animals in the petting farm is a must do. There's lots of festival food including funnel cakes, fried oreos, roasted corn, boiled peanuts, burgers, hotdogs, BBQ, pizza ad fries. The onsite bakery will satisfy your sweet tooth with fried apple pies, cider doughnuts, and apple fritters.
