Jefferson Community Theatre: A Vibrant Non-Profit Arts Hub

Jefferson Community Theatre: A Vibrant Non-Profit Arts Hub Jefferson Community Theatre Northeast Georgia Mountains Jefferson

The Jefferson Community Theatre is a non-profit community arts group that debuted in the summer of 2009, as an endeavor of the Main Street Jefferson program. It was volunteers within our community that stood up to create and lead this endeavor; and they played an important part in making us what we are today. We are nothing without our volunteers, business sponsors and audiences. We appreciate the unwavering support our community has shown, and know that we can continue to grow and improve with each production.

The Jefferson Community Theatre encourages self-expression through theatre. We believe that art is an essential part of any thriving community. We believe that arts lift the spirit and raise the collective consciousness of the citizens of our community. Our goal is to help everyone in our community share in the excitement of participating in theatre; as actors, backstage crew or audience members.
