About
The Witch House is Salem’s only surviving building with documented ties to the 1692 witch trials. It was the 17th‑century home of Judge Jonathan Corwin, one of the trial’s jurors.
Open daily from mid‑March through November. Winter hours are available by phone. Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (last entry at 4:45 p.m.).
Visitors enjoy self‑guided tours in a private, walk‑through setting. The house can accommodate up to four adults and two children per tour, with new groups every 20 minutes. Staff are stationed throughout to answer questions and share historical context.
All COVID‑19 safety protocols are enforced: staff wear masks and gloves, touch‑less surfaces are wiped hourly, and visitors are required to wear face coverings. Hand‑sanitizer stations are posted at the entrance, and contact‑less payment options are available for gifts.
Tickets are purchased online via the website and can be paid for with contact‑less methods.
