Native Sons Salt Games Returns to Myrtle Beach for Third Year of Beach Action

Returning for its third consecutive year in the Myrtle Beach area, The Native Sons Salt Games delivers high-energy excitement, fierce competition, teamwork, and family fun right on the beach this weekend.

Competition takes center stage at this two-day event on May 30 and 31, held at the historic Pavilion site near Eighth Avenue North in downtown Myrtle Beach.

Highlights include a pro-am surfing tournament, professional volleyball competition, paddleboarding race, and a dedicated kids’ race.

But that’s just the beginning. Enjoy additional thrills like tug-of-war, live music performances, a half-pipe for open skating, and a hot dog eating contest.

The Salt Games are free and perfect for all ages, offering another great reason to hit the beach this summer. Don’t forget the sunscreen!
