Major Mixed-Use Entertainment Districts Planned Around Honda Center and Angel Stadium in Anaheim
Developers have submitted plans for two transformative land development projects set to create a premier lifestyle, business, dining, and entertainment hub in Anaheim.
ocV!BE, anchored by the Honda Center (home of the Anaheim Ducks), will feature a new 6,000-capacity concert venue, a 68,000-square-foot food hall with 30+ restaurant concepts and standalone eateries, new retail spaces, three public plazas, 825,000 square feet of office space including a 325,000-square-foot tower, two hotels totaling 650 rooms, 2,800 residential apartments, and 30 acres of parks and open space.
Spanning 115 acres, ocV!BE is led by the Samueli family, owners of the Ducks. The first phase opens in 2024, with full completion by 2028. It will generate 13,000 construction jobs and 3,300 permanent jobs, delivering a $2 billion one-time economic impact and $400 million annually.
The district will connect its 115 acres via walkways and bridges, fostering a vibrant sense of place. A signature bridge over Katella Avenue will safely link ARTIC to Honda Center, reducing street-level pedestrian traffic. For details, visit www.ocvibe.com.
