After more than a year of closure, the magic is returning to the Disneyland® Resort theme parks. Disneyland® Park and Disney California Adventure® Park plan to reopen to the public on April 30 with limited capacity.
Guests will soon enjoy unforgettable attractions, encounters with beloved Disney characters, shopping for the latest merchandise, world-famous dining, photo opportunities, and cherished magical moments.

Experience favorite attractions like the thrilling Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Incredicoaster, family favorites such as Peter Pan’s Flight and Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree. New magic awaits with the debut of the reimagined Snow White’s Enchanted Wish.

Disney characters will make surprise appearances along Main Street, U.S.A., and Pixar Pier, offering playful interactions while maintaining physical distancing. Large gatherings like parades and nighttime shows will return later.
To comply with government requirements and promote physical distancing, capacity will be limited. A new reservation system requires advance park reservations plus valid admission (ages 3+) for the same park and date. Reservations are limited; initially, only California residents may visit per state guidelines. Details coming soon.
Before public reopening, cast members and local community members will preview the parks. A Touch of Disney continues March 18–April 19.

Hotels of the Disneyland® Resort will reopen in phases: Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa on April 29; Disney Vacation Club Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian on May 2. Paradise Pier Hotel and Disneyland® Hotel later.
Health and safety remain top priorities. Enhanced measures from Downtown Disney® District and global parks include physical distancing, cleanliness, and reduced contact. Procedures adapt to guidance; cast members will assist.
