LEGOLAND Florida Launches Interactive "The LEGO Movie 4D: A New Adventure" Attraction
The LEGO Movie 4D has arrived at LEGOLAND® Florida Resort near Orlando.
LEGOLAND® Florida Resort has unveiled a new 4D experience titled The LEGO Movie 4D: A New Adventure during a recent red‑carpet launch. The 12½‑minute attraction invites guests to join Emmet and friends in a fresh story that blends 3D animation with tactile 4D effects—wind, water, and fog—to create a fully immersive adventure.
Viewers are prompted to interact during a pivotal scene, turning the ride into a real‑time game that keeps children laughing and adults cheering. The original voice cast returns, with the exception of Will Ferrell, whose cameo is humorously noted as “too expensive.” New villain Risky Business—portrayed by Patton Oswalt—adds a fresh comedic edge.
While the beloved “Everything Is Awesome” tune is omitted, the film offers a playful reinterpretation that keeps the spirit alive. The premiere drew TV personalities such as Aubrey Anderson‑Emmons (ABC’s Modern Family), Joey Bragg (Disney Channel’s Liv & Maddie), and Isabella Moner (Nickelodeon’s 100 Things to Do Before High School), along with popular YouTubers The Eh Bee Family and Family Fun Pack.
Guests’ enthusiasm peaked during the interactive segment, where they shouted and pointed at the screen, effectively helping Wyldstyle locate the correct LEGO shape to resolve a challenge.
On February 25‑26, the resort hosted LEGO Movie 4D Weekends, offering exclusive building sessions, meet‑and‑greet opportunities with the characters, and a “Brick‑tastic Fireworks Finale” to cap the weekend.
