The Person Behind the Menu: Chef’s Dinner with Drew Davis of Catalan
Jan. 11 & 18 | 5–9 p.m.
Join Chef Drew Davis at Catalan in Rancho Mirage for an evening of his favorite Mediterranean dishes, hosted by the chef himself. Menu highlights: jamón ibérico, charred deep-water Spanish octopus, squid ink paella, and pan-seared eastern diver scallops. The $69 prix-fixe dinner features three courses and amuse-bouche.
