Las Palmas: Uptown’s Premier Margarita Mile Destination

Visit Dallas proudly announces the opening of Las Palmas, a new jewel on Uptown’s renowned Margarita Mile. While some may wonder if the Mile can accommodate yet another margarita hotspot, the truth is: there is never too much joy—and certainly never too many margaritas.

Since its 2019 debut, the two‑story, 1980s‑inspired venue has become a go‑to for craft margaritas—classic slushy lime, as well as White Peach, Mango, and Jalapeño variations. For those torn between sangria and margarita, Las Palmas introduces the Sangria Margarita, blending the best of both worlds.

Beyond margaritas, the bartenders craft a diverse cocktail menu featuring Sparkling Paloma, Lime Fizz, and Seasonal Pimm’s Cup. For tequila aficionados, Las Palmas boasts an agave library of over 62 tequilas and mezcal selections.

Las Palmas: Uptown’s Premier Margarita Mile Destination

As the saying goes, come for the drinks, stay for the food. The owners envision Las Palmas as a homage to Dallas’ iconic 1980s Tex‑Mex scene—featuring sizzling fajita platters, a live tortilleria with hand‑made tortillas, and generous combo plates that delight the appetite.

Rooted in classic Tex‑Mex, the menu is elevated with contemporary twists: Wagyu Steak Fajitas, Brisket Tacos, and Queso Blanco vie for the top spot, while the sopapilla cheesecake offers a bold, innovative dessert experience.

Traditionalists will find comfort in the picadillo Chimichanga crowned with signature queso, the airy chicken tinga puffy tacos, and the richly stuffed Chile Relleno.

On a sunny day, savor guacamole and margaritas on one of the two patios. When the weather turns cooler, retreat to the El Hollywood Room and enjoy drinks amid vintage film posters. Wherever you choose to sit, come visit Las Palmas, lift a salted—or unsalted—glass, and celebrate our newest Margarita Mile addition.
