Sulphur kicks off carnival season on Saturday, Feb. 18, at the 2017 Sulphur Mardi Gras Festival. Highlights include a 2 p.m. parade, laser tag, kids' activities, and the 2nd Annual King Cake Taste-Off at 3 p.m.
