The Terraces sit only one house back from the beach. Ideal for extended family and friends. Units range from 550-1550 sq ft and all have large ocean facing outdoor terraces. Sleeps from 4,6,8. Use of Oceanfront Heated & Cooled Pool and Sundeck. No Typical Hidden Fees.

1st floor can hold up to 4 people. It is a studio rental with an open living/bedroom area with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It has a kitchen and bathroom as well as a large 35 foot Terrace.

2nd floor holds up to 8 people. It has 2 separate bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a very large living room that has a queen sleeper sofa and a reading nook that has twin trundle beds, which offers a great view of the ocean. This unit also has a full kitchen and separate dining area for 8. 

3rd floor has sleeping for 6 with a master King bedroom, a guest Queen bedroom with a rear balcony, and a sleeper sofa in the large living area. With a dining area and bar seating, having meals in the Terrace makes being together easy and fun.
