About the Resort

Nestled in Grayson County along the scenic Rough River, Falls of Rough Resort offers a blend of historic charm and modern amenities. The centerpiece is the Green Farm Mansion, a 200‑year‑old Bed & Breakfast that welcomes guests to experience authentic Kentucky hospitality. Whether you’re planning a wedding, a family reunion, or a romantic escape, the resort’s elegant setting and thoughtful service make every occasion memorable.

Accommodations

Guests can choose from our riverfront cabins, each designed to sleep up to six guests. The cabins feature full kitchens, private televisions, and direct access to the on‑site ATV park, providing both comfort and adventure.

Golf & Recreation

Designed by Jody Kinney of Dublin, Ohio, the Lafayette Golf Course spans 250 acres of varied terrain, lakes, and rivers. Since its opening in May 1997, the course has earned a 4½‑star rating from Golf Digest, offering four tees per hole that range from 4,200 to 6,900 yards. The layout incorporates both links and wooded styles, with lush Bermuda fairways, bentgrass greens, and Kentucky bluegrass rough.
