Andy Warhol Museum: Pittsburgh's Premier Destination for the World's Largest Warhol Collection

The Andy Warhol Museum, a six-story landmark in Pittsburgh, honors the city's most celebrated native son, Andy Warhol. After relocating to New York City and pioneering pop art, Warhol achieved worldwide fame. As one of Pittsburgh's four Carnegie museums, it houses the world's largest collection of his works and ranks as North America's biggest single-artist museum.
Exhibits
Exhibits trace Warhol's career from early drawings and commercial illustrations to immersive experiences like a simulated Velvet Underground performance, interactive 'screen tests,' and highlights from his extensive knickknack collection. Spanning seven floors plus a basement Factory education space, the museum preserves over 4,000 videotapes of Warhol's complete video works.

The Warhol Store
The on-site shop mirrors museum hours, offering Warhol-inspired souvenirs such as inflatable Campbell's soup cans. No admission ticket needed, with an online store for post-visit shopping. A café serves drinks and light snacks.
Admission Prices
Adults: $20; children (3-18): $10; under 3: free. Enjoy half-price entry Friday evenings after 5 PM—the only late-opening day. Closed Tuesdays. Tickets provide full access, including special exhibitions.
