Historic Westville is a living history museum that provides a firsthand experience of what life would have been like in the 19th Century. This is accomplished by maintaining an authentic village environment, collecting, and preserving artifacts, demonstrating traditional work skills, workshops, and special events. You will meet and interact with interpreters dressed in period clothing who represent the culture and traditions of those that occupied this region, as well as a variety of authentic trade-based shops, homesites, and historic churches. As a visitor, your experience is fully self-guided, which allows you to spend more time in the areas you enjoy the most. Historic Westville will continue to grow and further expand our areas of interpretation, education, and history. Do not miss out on this opportunity to step back in time!
