The Hinesville Area Arts Council seeks to bring creativity to the local community by offering art classes and showcasing local artists. There is a new exhibit from a local artist each month, with a free community reception. Classes for children and adults are also held and are available for all skill levels. The HAAC also hosts Blues, Brews & BBQ annually in downtown Hinesville. This festival is one of the largest in the area and is open to the local community and visitors alike.
