Located on a siding for Hartwell Railroad, just off the square in Lavonia, our 85-year-old post-and-beam warehouse with a 6,400-square footprint, allows for group activites, parties, anniversaries, movie or advertising commercial production and period sets, musical and theatrical productions. Within our facility, we offer 4,000 square feet of open theater seating with a 12-by-16-foot stage. All who see our high ceiling rough-sawn wood  facility rave about the visuals and the acoustics. Whether plugged or unplugged, we offer a teriffic listening experience. We can provide seated dinning for up to 120 people in the theater room. Additional space can be made available on the upper level. Our noncommercial kitchen is available for concession items for catered food prep setup. Single- and  three-phase power is also available.
