The star feature is the thrilling 20-minute trail through the 'Caves' to Devil's Bay, where you'll scramble over rocks, wade tidal pools, squeeze through narrow passages, and emerge onto a pristine sugar-sand beach.

The Baths sparks wonder but draws crowds by 9 AM from yachts, resorts, and cruise ships. Visit at sunrise or late afternoon for a peaceful, spacious experience.

The beach offers restrooms with showers, a snack bar, and snorkel gear rentals (US$10). Taxis frequently shuttle between the park and Spanish Town ferry dock.
