Presidential Pathways Plains Plains is the destination for the Christmas tree lighting on Saturday, November 27th. The train departs Veteran’s State Park at 4:00 pm. And arrives in Plains at 5:45 pm in time for the annual Christmas parade and tree lighting ceremony.
