Two Bunch Palms Resort: A Serene Oasis in Desert Hot Springs

Between the intense 100-degree summer heat and the lively party atmosphere, Palm Springs never appealed to me as an ideal escape from Los Angeles. That changed dramatically after experiencing a special deal at Two Bunch Palms Resort in Desert Hot Springs, California.

Located just 12 miles north of Downtown Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs is renowned for its mineral spring resorts. The deal's description of "peaceful, palm-shaded grounds and hot springs pools" immediately caught my attention. After one night at Two Bunch Palms, I was completely converted.

Let me share why I fell in love with Two Bunch Palms. Stays through January start at $199 per night, a 35% savings.

Perfectly tempered hot springs: My husband, a dedicated "spa enthusiast," loves hot springs. Yet, a 99-degree pool in 100-degree heat didn't initially excite me. The Grotto, the resort's flagship shaded hot springs pool, proved ideal at exactly 99 degrees—just above body temperature, allowing us to float effortlessly for two hours. Mineral-rich waters enhanced the soothing experience, with colorful noodles scattered throughout for ultimate relaxation.

The Grotto open 22 hours daily: Incredibly, it's accessible around the clock, closing only from 6-8 a.m. for maintenance. Soak before dinner, after, or even until dawn if desired.

Adults-only wellness retreat: No children, no alcohol, no loud music—just tranquility. The whisper policy fosters instant relaxation, perfect for a quick getaway.

On-site healthy dining: Our deal included a $50 resort credit, which covered two coffees, smoothies, and farm-fresh entrees for breakfast.

Unlimited wellness classes: Options like Tai Chi, yoga, and health workshops are available, though we spent our time immersed in the Grotto.

For a one-night escape, Two Bunch Palms delivered my most relaxing overnight stay ever. I highly recommend it and eagerly await the next deal.
