Legends in Concert: Steven Tyler Tribute and Iconic Performers Light Up Myrtle Beach

As dedicated Aerosmith fans, we were stunned by a performance so authentic, it felt like Steven Tyler himself had taken the stage at Legends in Concert in Myrtle Beach.

While not the real Steven Tyler, tribute artist Chris Van Dahl—lead singer of Aeromyth—delivers an uncanny resemblance. Side-by-side, the similarities in appearance are striking.

Van Dahl rocks classics like “Dream On,” “Love in an Elevator,” and “Walk This Way” along the Grand Strand. His voice, mannerisms, and electrifying stage presence make it feel like the genuine “Demon of Screamin’” is performing.

He’s just one highlight in this summer’s lineup at Legends in Concert, featuring show-stopping tributes to The Blues Brothers, Taylor Swift, Michael Jackson, Madonna, and the King, Elvis Presley.

It’s high-energy entertainment the whole family will love. Catch the action and feel the sweet emotion!

‘I am like a mountain goat!’ 24-year old Ali Shah Farhang tells me smiling broadly. ‘When I was very young, I would walk for five hours every day across the peaks to school and back home in all kinds of weather: minus 20 degrees, through deep snow, all on my own. These mountains are in my blood.’ The vibrant young Afghani is sharing the story of his rapid rise to sporting glory as we sit in bright, spring sunshine, drinking green chai from a battered thermos. We’re high up on a hillside by
