Hampton Inn delivers reliable comfort, modern amenities, and great value for travelers. Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Austin – Downtown/Convention Center was no exception. My friend and I arrived from the airport to seamless valet parking and a warm front desk welcome. Check-in was effortless, leading us to a clean, inviting room with stunning downtown Austin views.

We uncovered three nearby gems worth sharing:

1. Trader Joe’s, just down the street. We stocked up on La Croix, dried mangoes, Rosé, and Justin’s Peanut Butter Cups for sweet treats.
2. Alta’s Cafe, along the Colorado River. Their iced lattes kickstart your day perfectly. This local favorite showcases Austin artists' works for purchase—ideal souvenirs.
3. Le Cafe Crepe, right on the corner. Authentic Parisian crepes that are light, tasty, and vacation-approved for any craving.

The hotel features a beautiful lobby, complimentary continental breakfast, friendly staff, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. My friend and I worked remotely for six hours from our room, handling calls in pajamas. As a blogger and marketing agency director, I appreciate a true home-away-from-home that doubles as an office.
