Celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2021, the Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta is an annual showcase of events from September 22–26, pairing Santa Fe's renowned culinary artistry with premium wines from around the world.

This premier gathering features 90 wineries partnering with 35 of the city's top restaurants for a week of immersive food and wine experiences, including cooking demonstrations, educational seminars, winery luncheons, and exquisite dinners. The festivities peak with two days of Grand Tasting at Magers Field Park—steps from downtown—where you can savor bites and sips amid breathtaking views.

Wine Events

Cooking demonstrations and culinary education are cornerstones of the Fiesta. In 2021, star guest chefs included Matthew Accarrino of San Francisco's SPQR, Maria Mazon of Tucson's BOCA Tacos Y Tequila, Rocky Durham of Santa Fe's Palace Prime, and James Campbell Caruso of La Boca.

Grand Tasting

The crown jewel is the Grand Tasting—the Fiesta's must-attend event. Tickets sell out fast, so purchase early. Held September 24–25, 2021, at scenic Magers Field Park, it offers endless booths of tastings from 60 of Santa Fe's finest restaurants and 90 world-class wineries, plus shaded seating and live entertainment.
