Ingredients:

  • 1 sack purged live crawfish
  • 1 - 4.5 lbs bag Louisiana Crawfish, Shrimp, & Crab Boil

or

  • 1 - 4 lbs bag Slap Ya Mama Seafood Boil
  • 1 stick favorite butter
  • 6 lbs whole small red potatoes
  • 3 lbs small yellow onions
  • 2 lbs lemons, halved
  • 5 lbs whole corn on the cob
  • 2-3 lbs favorite link sausage
  • 2-3 packages mushrooms

Add any Cajun-seasoned favorites.

 

Boil Directions

  • Fill pot halfway with water (basket in, lid on); bring to rolling boil.
  • Add ~2 lbs seasoning; cover and return to boil.
  • Add butter, potatoes, onions, lemons, corn, mushrooms, sausage; boil 5-8 minutes until tender.
  • Remove to ice chest; sprinkle extra seasoning (optional).
  • Add 10 lbs crawfish to boiling seasoned water. Return to rolling boil for 1 minute, then to ice chest; season if desired.
  • Repeat until all crawfish boiled.
