Pelican's Perch is a charming 700-square-foot cottage, including a dining/game/sleeping room off the great room. This room has a built-in booth and a "pelican" daybed with a trundle underneath. The great room has a queen leather sofa sleeper and matching leather recliner, large coffee table, as well as a flat-screen HD TV, bookcase and more. The bedroom is spacious with built-drawers and closets, and the laundry is located right across from the bedroom for convenience. The property is gated and fully fenced. Two bikes are available to cruise our wonderful town and waterfront, just a few blocks away. Catch the ferry to Cumberland Island.
