Six ways we're different...

1. Private apartments - Everyone loves having more space, enjoy  having your own living room, bedroom, bath and a fully equipped kitchen.

2. Great location - The entire Historic District is within 1.5 miles walking distance, or borrow our beach bikes, or have have a tour company pick you up at the house.

3. Breakfast freedom - Sleep in or get an early start, bagels, muffins, yogurt, O.J., bottled water, coffee, tea, and granola bars are in your kitchen when you arrive. (A bottle of wine too.)

4. Bring the pooch. - Tea cup to giant, well behaved dogs of any size are always welcomed!

5. Our rates include - Taxes, breakfast, Wi-Fi, 240 HDTV channels, off-street parking and a bottle of wine. To save your wallet and the environment, we don't provide daily housekeeping.

6. We're here for you - We live on the second floor of the main house with the great danes we've rescued: Charlie, Puppet and Buddy.
