The Georgia Gameday Center is located in the heart of Downtown Athens, Georgia,with easy access to the University of Georgia, Sanford Stadium, 40 Watt Club, the Classic Center, and the Athens Convention and Visitors Bureau. The Georgia Gameday Center offers southern style friendly service, a great location, easy access to downtown shopping and the University of Georgia campus, and 133 beautiful units. Of course, complimentary transportation to and from the downtown locations is available at the concierge desk.Our property offers a home-away-from-home experience that is perfect for UGA football weekend get-a-ways during the fall or for reliving the Southern charm of Downtown Athens. Guest accommodations at Georgia Gameday Center include all the comforts of home and must have amenities for business travelers, football fans, and leisure travelers alike. Our guest suites are some of the best you can find in Athens, many of which have excellent views of the University of Georgia and Downtown Athens.

Our condo units have the best of what you want! One-, two-, and three-bedroom suites each have a living room with a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and private bathrooms. Our kitchens have full-sized refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, and microwaves, and they come stocked with everything but the food – you've got baking dishes, pots and pans, silverware, plates and bowls, and glassware in the suite upon your arrival! Our kitchens are also stocked with coffee pots (and coffee!), blenders, and toasters. Each of our luxurious bedrooms has one queen-sized bed; all linens and towels are included. Our two-bedroom, two-bath suites sleep six people. Every unit has a balcony overlooking beautiful downtown Athens, Georgia! Because each of our units is individually owned, all units are unique! Requests will be honored based upon availability.

Our building also includes business services at the Front Desk, a small fitness center, and same-day dry cleaning service (conditions apply)!
