Welcome to the Big Hill House, the inaugural design and construction of renowned architect Richard Martin. Nestled atop a scenic ridge, this family residence exemplifies passive‑solar architecture, with expansive south‑facing windows that flood the interior with natural light.

The open‑concept floor plan merges a spacious great room—combining living, dining, and kitchen spaces—with a separate family room. Two full baths grace the main level, and lofted beds (a queen and a king) overlook the living and family areas. The second story hosts two additional bedrooms, positioned between the lofts, offering five twin beds and a half bath.
