Located at 10299 Maysville Rd., Carlisle, KY 40311, Blue Licks is a living museum where visitors can experience the site of the last battle of the American Revolutionary War, enjoy comfortable lodging, and explore a wide range of outdoor activities.

Lodging & Camping
The Worthington Lodge offers 32 rooms, including two suites—one of which doubles as a hospitality center for meetings and family reunions. The lodge is open year‑round with check‑in at 4 p.m. and check‑out at 11 a.m. Two pet‑friendly cottages are available, each allowing up to two pets.
The campground features 51 sites equipped with standard electric and water hookups for tents and RVs. Utility hook‑ups require an extended hose or cord due to the distance from the pedestal. Campground hours are mid‑March through mid‑November.

The lodge offers three distinct meeting rooms: the Arlington Room (sunny windows, adjacent to the restaurant), the Daniel Boone Room (stone fireplace and patio overlooking the woods), and the Pavilion Room (quiet setting, adjacent to the Daniel Boone Room). Birding
Spring: Snipe, Solitary Sandpipers, Killdeer.
Summer: Sharp‑shinned, Cooper’s, Broad‑winged, Red‑tailed hawks, American Kestrel.
Spring & Fall: Migratory warblers. Licking River ravines host wood ducks, Prothonotary and Cerulean warblers, wood thrushes, flycatchers, red‑headed woodpeckers, and warbling vireos.
Boating
Free access to the Licking River; guests must bring their own canoe or kayak.
Gift Shop
Discover handcrafted Kentucky items: pottery from six local artisans, baskets, lavender fragrances, punched‑tin prints, note cards, painted gourds, soaps, and a selection of books and cookbooks. Food specialties include salsa, jams, mustards, hot sauces, and sweets.

An 18‑hole course offers family fun. Open seasonally; weather dependent. Equipment rental at the lodge front desk.
Museum
Learn about Blue Licks history at the Pioneer Museum. Features a short video presentation and displays of mastodon bones, Native American artifacts, and pioneer relics. Hours: 10 a.m.–4 p.m., Wednesday–Sunday.
Picnicking & Playgrounds
Two picnic shelters (one with restrooms) available for rental. Tables, grills, and playgrounds are scattered throughout the park. A children's playground is located near the mini‑golf course and picnic shelter.
Swimming
A junior‑Olympic size pool is open to registered lodge, cottage, and campground guests.
Wildflower Viewing
Blue Licks protects the federally‑endangered Short’s Goldenrod in a 15‑acre nature preserve. The plant is linked to the Buffalo Trace hiking trail.
