Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or a first‑time explorer, our full‑service rentals—canoes, kayaks, paddles, life jackets, and transportation to and from the launch point—ensure a safe and memorable experience.
Open daily from dawn to dusk, year round. Group rates are available, and walk‑ins are welcome. We recommend calling an hour in advance; group reservations should be made at least five days before your visit.
Our itineraries accommodate every skill level and interest:
- Johnson Springs → Munfordville (4 mi / 3 h): A popular half‑day trip that ends at Green River Park & Arboretum in Munfordville, where you can picnic or take the scenic walking trail between the two points.
- Rio → Johnson Springs (8 mi / 4 h): A relaxed canoe or kayak outing that offers excellent fishing and a chance to paddle past historic sites such as Daniel Boone’s son’s burial site and General Buckner’s farm.
- Rio → Munfordville (12 mi / 6 h): Combine the two above trips for a full day of paddling and exploration.
- Lynn Camp → Munfordville (24 mi / 12 h): Our most popular camping adventure. Enjoy a secluded gravel bar to camp, pass the famed 300 Springs waterfalls, and unwind on a tranquil stretch of river. Shorter day trips to Rio are also available.
- Munfordville → Dennison’s Ferry (21 mi / 12 h): A scenic camping journey that takes you past Mammoth Cave National Park, with tall bluffs, a narrowed river channel, and plentiful fishing (no license required in the park).
- Munfordville → Green River Ferry (29 mi / 15 h): A longer camping route through Mammoth Cave National Park, featuring several riverside caves and the historic Green River Ferry.
