Part Time Artist is a full view art gallery, featuring paintings to pencil drawings produced by artist Skip McNutt. Skip has been drawing from age 12 till his somewhat older age now. He has works of art within seven countries and throughout the United States. His works of art has been published within national magazines, newspapers and has been seen on television.

His latest work of art is the Great Locomotive Chase Mural, which is located on the front of the Age of Steam Museum across from the gallery. This is a $75,000 painting created by artists Skip McNutt and Ernest Neal. The painting took eight months and two days to complete. This event took place during the Civil War in 1862.
